Bruce Fields, retired MLB player/hitting coach is available for virtual video analysis and video instruction on our platform.
Mr. Fields is also available for in-person instruction in Southfield, Michigan, at his All Fields Hitting Baseball Academy. He owns/operates All Fields Hitting with his sons Aaron and Daniel.
Aaron and Daniel Fields were both MLB Draft picks who played professionally as well.
Bruce Fields played, managed, and coached in professional baseball for 40+ years.

Von Joshua is a former MLB outfielder 1969-1980. He is also a former MLB/MiLB hitting coordinator/outfield coach 1984-2013 with the Dodgers, White Sox, Blue Jays, and Cubs. He will be offering video analysis and virtual lessons with Major League Instructors. Von will speak to players about a number of factors he feels is important to each hitter to have success and for players interested in working with him in person, Mr. Joshua will also be offering in-person lessons in the Novi, Michigan area.

Dave Burba, a 15 year MLB pitcher and current minor league pitching coach, is offering virtual instruction. He is also available for in-person pitching lessons in the offseason.

Kyle also offers nutrition and strength-based programs. He is also currently competing as a professional bodybuilder.
Kyle will review pitching mechanics for virtual clients and speak to players about developing a throwing routine, pregame bullpen and after game arm care.

Kirk Rueter

Kirk Reuter: Retired 13-year MLB veteran left-handed pitcher is offering virtual lessons and in-person lessons near Nashville, Illinois, with Major League Instructors. Kirk will review video of clients and speak with them about any mechanical changes he may recommend in order to improve the player's performance. Kirk will speak to the pitchers about their throwing routines, throwing programs, and pitch grips and will also talk to them about anything else he feels is necessary for the development of a young pitcher.
Kirk will answer questions you may have about pitching development at the end of the Zoom call.
Kirk pitched for the Montreal Expos and San Francisco Giants during his 13- year MLB career.
Kirk was a MLB Draft pick of the Montreal Expos out of Murray State University.

David Aardsma, former 9-year MLB Pitcher (13-year Pro career), will be hosting virtual pitching lessons and in person instruction with MLI.
Players will e-mail video from in-game performances and bullpen sessions that David will break down so that he may recommend mechanical changes (if any) that he believes will improve the player's consistency and performance.
David is also available for in-person pitching instruction in the Scottsdale, AZ area and has been involved in player development at the professional level since his playing career ended, including serving as a coordinator of player development for the Toronto Blue Jays. David is also currently an analyst with MLB Network radio.

Brian Schneider
Hitting/Catching Coach

Brian Schneider who caught 13 years in MLB for the Montreal Expos/Washington Nationals, New York Mets, and Philadelphia Phillies. Schneider was the Miami Marlins' catching coach from 2016 through 2019, and the quality control coach for the Mets from 2020 through 2021.
Brian will review hitting and defensive catching videos for virtual clients and will be talking with players about building good daily routines, drills to use, handling a pitching staff and many other factors he feels that will help develop young catchers.
Brian also has coached with team USA and spent past few years developing local catchers in FL.
Brian will be offering in person hitting/catching instruction in Jupiter, FL.

Brian McRae is a retired 10-year MLB veteran center fielder (15-year pro career) who played for the Kansas City Royals, Chicago Cubs, New York Mets, Colorado Rockies and Toronto Blue Jays from 1990 to 1999.
Brian McRae is the son of former major league All-Star and former Royals manager, Hal McRae, and was managed by the elder McRae for four seasons with the Kansas City Royals.
Brian has been involved in developing players since he retired and will be offering in-person lessons in the Blue Springs, MO area as well as virtual instruction.

Ryan Raburn
Hitting/Outfield Coach

Retired 12-year MLB 2B/OF Ryan Raburn (17-year pro career) will be providing in-person, virtual hitting, and defensive instruction from the Balm, FL area. While primarily an outfielder, he played every position except for catcher and shortstop during his career. After two seasons of college baseball at South Florida State College, the Detroit Tigers selected Raburn in the 5th round of the 2001 Major League draft.
Ryan will be working with hitters on developing their swings and hitting approach. He will also speak with players about how to develop good daily routines as position players as all other coaching aspects he feels are important in developing young hitters.

David Riske, a retired 11-year MLB pitcher, (14- year pro career) will be offering both in-person and virtual instruction from the Las Vegas area. David has been involved in player development since he retired and currently has a son playing for USC.
David will review clients' videos and schedule zoom meetings to discuss pitching mechanics; discuss pitch grips and any other area he feels is important to the pitcher's development and future success.

Kelly Shoppach
Catching Coach

Kelly Shoppach is a nine-year MLB veteran catcher. He played 11- years professionally. He played with the Boston Red Sox, Cleveland Indians, Tampa Bay Rays, New York Mets, and Seattle Mariners.
Kelly is available for virtual catching instruction. He also will be offering in-person instruction in the Ft. Worth, Texas and Aledo, Texas area.
Coach Shoppach had a standout college career at Baylor University. He received the Johnny Bench Award as the Nation's Top Collegiate Catcher. He was also the Big 12 Player of the Year.
Coach Shoppach focuses on catching specific workouts designed to develop catchers and has been involved in player development since he retired and is a current college catching coach.

TIM REDDING
Pitching Coach

Tim Redding, 8-year MLB veteran pitcher (15 years total in pro ball) and former Minor League pitching instructor (5 years), is available for virtual and in-person pitching instruction in the Chattanooga, TN area.
Tim will break down player videos and set up a video conference in which he will speak to the player/parents about mechanical changes they may want to consider to help improve the pitchers performance.
Tim will also speak to players about developing good daily routines and workout schedules and how to develop good bullpen sessions and what to focus on and will share with them the knowledge he has learned over 20 years in professional baseball.

Matt will review pitchers in game and bullpen session video and will speak to them about any mechanical changes they may want to consider to help improve the pitcher's performance. Matt will speak to pitchers about how to properly focus on long toss and pregame bullpen sessions and how to build a good throwing routine to build arm strength and improve throwing accuracy.

Daniel Fields is a former MLB player and is the son of Bruce Fields, retired MLB player/hitting coach. Daniel is available for virtual video analysis and video instruction. He is also available for in-person instruction in Southfield, Michigan, at his All Fields Hitting Baseball Academy. He owns/operates All Fields Hitting with his brother Aaron and father Bruce. Aaron and Daniel Fields were both MLB Draft picks who played professionally as well. Bruce Fields played, managed, and coached in professional baseball for 30+ years and has opened a new Prep Baseball Academy in Michigan that will better prepare baseball players for college/professional baseball.

Kip Gross
Pitching Coach

Kip Gross was a 6-year MLB pitcher. He pitched for the Cincinnati Reds, Los Angeles Dodgers, Boston Red Sox, and Houston Astros. He also pitched for the Nippon Ham Fighters in Japan and had an 11-year pro career.
Kip will be hosting virtual instruction and video reviews for clients on our platform, and he will be hosting in-person instruction in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
Kip has been developing amateur pitchers since his retirement.
Kip was a 4th round pick by the NY Mets out of the University of Nebraska.

Chris Snusz

Chris Snusz, who played eleven seasons of professional baseball, will be offering virtual instruction specifically geared for catchers. Chris was drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies in 1995. Chris caught for the Philadelphia Phillies, Montreal Expos, Cincinnati Reds, Cleveland Indians, New York Yankees, and Pittsburgh Pirates organizations.
Chris was a scout for multiple MLB teams after his playing days concluded.
Devin DeYoung
Hitting Coach

Devin DeYoung, a minor league hitting coach in the Mets organization with Port. St. Lucie will also be offering virtual and in-person instruction through the Major League Instructors platform. In-person instruction will occur in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
DeYoung spent the previous four seasons as a hitting coach in the White Sox organization. He was the team’s Arizona League hitting coach from 2021-2022 and oversaw hitting initiatives from 2023-2024.
DeYoung worked for the Red Sox in 2019 as a coach for Single-A Greenville.
He was the bench/hitting coach for the Windy City Thunderbolts of the Frontier League from 2017-2018 and coached for the Wisconsin Rapid Rafters of the Northwoods League in 2016.
MARLON STYLES, SR.
Hitting/Catching Coach

Retired MLB scout and former Reds MILB infielder Marlon Styles will be hosting virtual hitting lessons as well as hitting and catching camps in the greater Cincinnati area. These camps will allow players to get a written evaluation of their performance from a retired scout with 30+ years in professional baseball.
Mr. Styles will recommend hitting and defensive fundamental changes that he believes will improve the players performance and the players will perform in a pro style workout at the end of the event to have their running times and all exit, throwing velocities and running times will be verified and results forwarded to college coaches across the country.
TIM MARTIN
Pitching Coach

Tim Martin is a recently retired MLB scout of 28 years. Ohio Hall of Fame baseball coach. Former pitcher in the Pittsburgh Pirates organization. He has also been the Director of the Ohio River Valley Showcase for 21 years. He gives in person pitching lessons in the Portsmouth Ohio area.
Tim Martin is a diehard lifelong Ohio State Buckeye's fan and has helped many of my guys get scholarship offers over the years.
Mike Farrell
Hitting/Pitching Coach

Mike Farrell is a recently retired MLB scout. He scouted for the Milwaukee Brewers 1998-2012 and for the Kansas City Royals 2012-2025. He played his college baseball at Indiana State and pitched six years in the Minor Leagues.
“I want to paint a picture of who the guy is if you never laid your eyes on him,” says Farrell, who has been a part of professional baseball since 1991. “I have conversations with moms and dads and his high school coach, summer coach, friends and girlfriend. I gather as much information as possible.”
A left-handed pitcher who also played first base, center field and other positions, Farrell was a Collegiate Baseball Newspaper All-America selection in 1991. That year, he signed as a minor league free agent with the Milwaukee Brewers. The southpaw pitched six seasons in the Brewers organization (1991-96), reaching Triple-A 1993-96. He was the system’s Pitcher of the Year in 1993. He also played in Venezuela, the Dominican Republic and Taiwan.
PHIL ROSSI

Phil Rossi has built a distinguished career as a professional baseball scout spanning more than four decades, making him a respected figure in talent evaluation across several Major League organizations. After a short stint as a minor league infielder in the late 1970s, Rossi transitioned into scouting, where he truly made his mark on the game.
He served the Boston Red Sox from 1981 to 1997, the New York Yankees from 1997 to 2000, the Cleveland Indians from 2000 to 2005, and then the Florida Marlins/Miami Marlins beginning in 2006 until 2022. Over the course of his scouting work, Rossi was instrumental in identifying and signing players such as John Marzano and Frank Herrmann, contributing directly to the cultivation of big-league talent.
Although originally drafted by the Chicago Cubs in 1977 and playing two seasons of minor league ball, Rossi’s lasting impact on professional baseball has come overwhelmingly through his decades of dedicated scouting work, where his eye for potential and deep knowledge of the game have been his defining legacy.

MARK MONAHAN
Hitting/Pitching Coach

Mark Monahan, hired by Bill Schudlich in the 1980s to scout for Detroit, is a recently retired Detroit Tigers scout of 33 years and former Division 1 assistant coach is offering in-person hitting and pitching fundamental training in the Saline, Michigan and Metro Detroit area. Mark is also available for video analysis and virtual instruction.

Dylan Shockley

Dylan Shockley is a catcher, currently in AAA with the Atlanta Braves. He was selected in the 2024 Rule 5 Draft. He was with the Pittsburgh Pirates for five years. Made it to AAA last year.
Dylan is offering remote hitting and defensive fundamental training.
With the remote training, players will have one weekly video call with Dylan to talk in depth of what we are working on and how to improve each week. Once you get started, he will give you a weekly workload of what to do training-wise and you will stay in touch through the whole week!
Chase Colding
Hitting/Outfield Coach

Chase Colding, a former D1 outfielder and Minor League Coach is offering virtual and in-person hitting lessons in the Metro Detroit area. Chase developed in High School under former MLB hitting coaches Von Joshua and Bruce Fields and is the son of a former MLB scout. Chase earned his Master's Degree from Wayne State University.

Dallas Young, a former collegiate infielder and current Minor League developmental baseball coach will be available during the season on a limited basis for virtual instruction. He will also be available for hitting and infield lessons in the Metro Detroit area in the offseason.

Jeffrey Allen Reboulet is a former MLB infielder. He played his college baseball at LSU (Louisiana State University).
Drafted by the Minnesota Twins in the 10th round of the 1986 MLB Draft Reboulet made his Major League debut with the Twins on May 12, 1992.

Cameron Wagoner
Pitching Coach

Cameron Wagoner was a Milwaukee Brewers draft pick in 2019 out of Eastern Michigan University. He was also a draft pick of the Texas Rangers out of high school. He will be hosting virtual instruction on a limited basis during the season. During the offseason, he will be hosting in-person instruction in the Tecumseh, Michigan area.
Cam developed for three years in high school under longtime MLB pitching coach Dick Pole.
