Kyle Farnsworth was drafted by the Chicago Cubs out of high school in the 47th round.
He went to Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in Tifton, GA, for one year and then signed his professional contract with the Cubs.
Kyle played professionally from 1995-2016. He played for 16 years in the MLB and then 2 years in Mexico.
Kyle finished 29th all time in the MLB with 893 games pitched and after baseball he played 5 years of semipro football as a defensive of end, where he won three National Championships, two league championships and was selected to two All Star teams
He started his coaching career in 2017 with the Brookhaven Bucks collegiate wood bat league. Pitching coach for Windermere Prep from 2018-2021. He was also the pitching coach for the Mets Scout Team in 2019. He has been coaching/training athletes for the past eight years. He is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist and now also a competitive bodybuilder.
Kyle offers in person pitching lessons in the Alpharetta GA area and creates strength and nutrition and throwing programs for athletes of all ages.
