This website features current and former MLB players, coaches and scouts who have performed at the highest level in professional baseball and who have spent years in the player development field working with players of all age groups by analyzing player videos and critiquing their current fundamentals and recommending changes they feel will help the player improve the consistency of their performance.

The instructors will provide an unbiased, third-party opinion on your hitting, pitching, and defensive mechanics from their professional view. Each virtual instructor has their own page with their biography and pricing rates.

This website will feature virtual consultations with the instructors AFTER they have reviewed all your videos (up to 10 per player) to discuss fundamental changes and discuss a player and their daily routines and mental approach to the game of baseball. 1-on-1 private hitting, pitching and defensive in person instruction is available at a location designated by the instructor. Not all instructors will be available for in-person instruction, but ALL instructors are available for virtual meetings.

MLI looks to provide you the baseball player the opportunity to learn from coaches who spent their life in professional baseball and our workouts provide college coaches and pro scouts direct feedback about those who attend our events and train with our coaching staff.

All players must consent to the liability waiver before participating in any instruction

​

Player profiles will be used so that players can upload video for our coaches to view and critique, and for college coaches to view.

College coaches who wish to speak to our MLI instructors about individual players they work with can contact them directly at their email address on their coach profiles.

Current college players are welcome at our events and to train with any member of the MLI coaching staff.
